Swara Baby Products, a contract maker of diapers and sanitary napkins with four plants in Madhya Pradesh, received SEBI's observations on the draft prospectus it filed on July 2. The issue is Rs 1,000 crore: Rs 500 crore of new shares and Rs 500 crore sold by Brainbees Solutions (Rs 300 crore) and Anadya Bon Merchari LLP (Rs 200 crore). Separately, Upstox reported that fire-equipment maker HD Fire Protect opens a Rs 700-750 crore offer for sale on October 13, closing October 15.
Why it matters for listed companies
For Brainbees Solutions, the listed parent of FirstCry, the Swara issue turns part of a holding in its own diaper supplier into Rs 300 crore of cash. Swara's FY26 revenue was Rs 1,163.9 crore and profit Rs 95.58 crore; Rs 198.2 crore of the new money is earmarked for another plant and Rs 100 crore for debt. HD Fire Protect's issue is 2.6 crore promoter shares with no new capital for the company; its price band had not been published when this was written. Both add to an October primary-market calendar already led by Jio Platforms.
