In a business update before its results, Jubilant FoodWorks said consolidated revenue from operations for July-September 2026 was about Rs 2,609 crore, 11.9% above a year earlier, with standalone revenue of about Rs 1,886 crore. Like-for-like sales at Domino's India grew 4.1%; at Domino's Eurasia they fell 2.1%. The group added a net 108 stores to reach 3,820, of which Domino's India added 88 to reach 2,601. The shares closed 2.41% higher at Rs 460.60 on October 7.
Why it matters for listed companies
The update separates two sources of growth: new stores and sales at existing ones. With like-for-like growth of 4.1% in India against group revenue growth of 11.9%, most of the increase came from the larger store count. That matters for margins, since new outlets carry rent and staff costs before they reach full sales. It is also the first read on restaurant demand for the quarter from a large listed chain, ahead of Devyani International, Sapphire Foods and Westlife Foodworld, and it came on the day the RBI raised rates. Profit figures arrive only with the full results. The stock is down 16% this year.
